Booking Conditions


Booking conditions – Reservation Rules


Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking set out below prior to booking a trip with Pink Vibgyor.

1. Our contract & Validity


All bookings are made with Pink Vibgyor ( Including our Subsidiaries). By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice or vouchers.


2. Validity 

Dates, itineraries, and prices are valid as per the itinerary and official documents provided over the email or as agreed. Prices mentioned on our websites will remain indicative only.


3. Deposit requirement 

You are required to pay 50% of the itinerary pricing 45 days prior to your tour commencement date, and remaining within 30 days prior to your tour commencement date.



4. Acceptance of booking and final payments 

Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed by us in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. The payment of the balance of the trip price is due 30 days before the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled. In addition to the trip price, you may also be required to pay a kitty as specified for the trip you are taking.  This Kitty is for Group tours, in which Tour Leader will collect certain (Small) amount of money which will be distributed to locals, as tips, portage in hotels, bell boys, Driver Tips, and supporting local cultures.


5. Your details 

We require your details as in Passport copies, any dietary requirements, any medical conditions, or any such information which may seem necessary before overtaking the trip as required by the airlines, hotels, or any other services which require official documents such as passport info.


 

6. Late bookings 

We understand at times group number tends to increase closer to the dates therefore, we request individual’s/FTO’s too intimate us as soon as possible so that we can make necessary arrangements. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate, but we will try out best to do so. If we are able to do, we request individual/FTO’s to pay/collect the necessary amount – which will be provided by us.

7. Cancellation’s  & Refunds.

 

We understand the last minute changes and unforeseen circumstances. We are very flexible with cancellations, as we understand it is hard-earned money and we respect it. We will try to provide you with as much as we could get from our vendors, and keep you posted on it. Also, flights/trains or any special activities which are required to book in advance always have high retention, thus we will still our best to provide you with as much refund we could able to get from vendors.
 

Cancellation/refund policy

Up to 45 days prior to commencement date 100% is refundable.

Up to 30 days prior to the commencement date, 50% is refundable

Between 1 to 29 days prior to commencement date no refunds.



8. Inclusions & exclusions.

The total price of your tour comes with Inclusions and exclusions column, please do refer it.


9. Passport and visas 

You must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits, and certificates for the countries in which you will visit during your trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits, and certificates for your trip. For India one requires a visa, it could be electronically obtained or from the closest Indian embassy around you.


10. Travel insurance 

Travel insurance is compulsory for all travelers. We advise going for full comprehensive travel insurance so that your maximum is covered.


 

11. Flexibility 

You appreciate and acknowledge that the nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and you should allow for alternatives. The itinerary provided for each trip is representative of the types of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the route, schedules, hotels, itineraries, amenities, and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events but all in good faith.


12. Change of itinerary or Hotels

 

We try our best to deliver what we promise you, but sometimes due to unforeseen reasons, we may have to change the itinerary or hotels a bit in good faith. However, if we do so our fullest effort will be to inform you in advance and obtain your acceptance.


13. Optional activities 

Optional activities not included in the trip price do not form part of the trip or this contract. You accept that any assistance given by your tour leader or local representative in arranging optional activities does not render us liable for them. However, we will always put in touch the credible and best vendors who offer these services, and the money can be paid directly or we can pay on your behalf and you can pay us at the end of the trip.



14. Applicable law 

The laws of the New Delhi, India govern these Booking Conditions and any disputes in connection with a trip or these Booking Conditions must be initiated in the courts of New Delhi, India.
